CCW NEWS – Over The Toes and Under The Clothes---
The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is sponsoring a collection of new socks and underwear to be given to the Heartland Girls Ranch at Benson, Minneota. We are also collecting " Health Kits" consisting of a bath towel and washcloth. Dark colors are recommended, liquid or bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush in the original wrapping, comb and band-aids (or similar brand). Wrap items in a towel and tie with a pair of shoelaces. These items will be collected during the month of October, which is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
The Heartland Girls Ranch serves women who have been sexually exploited or trafficked. Please do what you can to give the girls at the Ranch a better life. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
St. Edward Council of Catholic Women (CCW) Scholarship Commission is planning a home tour for December 2017 to raise funds for St. Edward Parish Senior Scholarship awards.
